Knee Arthroscopy

An arthroscopy is an examination of the internal structures of a joint.  An illuminated scope, called an arthroscope is inserted into the joint through a small incision. Arthroscopies are performed in some cases to diagnose a problem and in others during minimally invasive arthroscopic surgeries.
